Here is a dialgoue for kids based on Present Simple Tense. I have used the verb form accordingly. If the teachers are teaching Present Simple or Present Indefinite Tense in the class, this dialogue is good to conduct an activity.

Anna: Hi, Tom! What do you do every day?

Tom: Hi, Anna! I go to school daily. I get up early in the morning. I brush my teeth and eat breakfast. What about you?

Anna: I also go to school every day. I usually help my mom with breakfast. After school, I play with my friends. Do you play any sports?

Tom: Yes, I play football every evening. I love it! Do you play any sports?

Anna: I play tennis with my sister. We play every weekend. It’s so much fun!

Tom: That sounds great! I sometimes read books before bed. Do you like reading?

Anna: Yes, I love reading! I read a new book every month. Reading is my favorite hobby.

Tom: Cool! I have to go now. See you tomorrow at school!

Anna: Bye, Tom! See you!
