Short Forms in English
Here are some short forms in English that are often used by the native speakers. I would recommend the learners to make at least one sentence with each form given in this article. I would like to present some examples for your convenience. If you want to speak good English, and also wish to understand native accent then, you should memorize these short forms.
Examples
It’s a good job. I’ll do it. یہ ایک اچھی نوکری ہے۔ میں اسے کروں گا۔
I wouldn’t go there. میں وہاں نہیں جاؤں گا۔
You won’t do that. تم یہ نہیں کرو گے۔
She’d go. وہ وہاں جائے گی۔
She’d gone there. وہ وہاں جا چکی تھی۔
I haven’t done it yet. میں نے ابھی تک یہ نہیں کیا ہے۔
